Morgan Ramsey, Founder & Interview Strategist
As a UX Researcher at Compass and formally Google, Morgan has developed a proven method to effectively articulate any candidates accomplishments.
At Ramsey Research Consulting, Morgan focuses on the 2 critical artifacts expected in every UX Research Interview: The Resume and The Portfolio. Through a series of several sessions, Morgan provides clients 1:1 coaching to translate their skillsets into a robust UX Research Resume as well as develop a polished UX Research portfolio.
Morgan began her career at Google, where she was hired as a People Development Analyst in an HR Rotational Associate program. While at Google, Morgan created her own UX Research role within Corporate Engineering and eventually transitioned to become the first UX Researcher on Google’s Founding Equity Engineering team. Morgan’s research focused on underrepresented users journeys with Google’s internal products.
Morgan currently works at Compass, where she leads AI UX Research for Compass’s Artificial Intelligence Products as well as the End-To-End workflow for Compass’s Transaction Management suite.
Morgan resides in Chicago, Illinois, as a classical pianist and unofficial self-proclaimed brand ambassador of Sweetgreen.

Sara Gabriele, Scholarship Program Lead
As a UX Research Lead at Coursera, Sara specializes in early career hiring.
At Ramsey Research Consulting, Sara leads our Scholarship Program where she coaches clients on a quarterly basis through the entire interview cycle. Sara is passionate about helping aspiring researchers land their first UX Research role.
Sara began her career at Google, where she started as a Hiring Rotation Associate (HR program for new grads) and transitioned to become the first UX Researcher at Google Health. While at Google Health, her work included improving the usability of cancer diagnostic software, internationalizing an AI-powered eye disease diagnostic tool, and improving the user experience of finding health information on Google Search.
Sara currently works at Coursera, where she leads UXR for Coursera’s vertical on employability and specifically focuses on building products that help college students land and succeed in their first job.
Sara resides in San Diego, CA with her husband Ziad and son in dog form / instagram star-to-be, Ziggy.

Bryant Alexander, Interview Strategist
As a Talent Program Manager at Uber and part-time Career Coach at General Assembly, Bryant specializes in interview strategy; including interview techniques, salary negotiation and professional branding.
At Ramsey Research Consulting, Bryant provides 1:1 coaching with clients as they prepare for their upcoming interviews.
Throughout his career, Bryant utilizes his experience is coaching and curriculum development to empower individuals from different backgrounds to achieve their dream job. He regularly creates talent development curriculum for mid & senior-level professionals and has has landed roles for over 100+ professionals transitioning into careers in software engineering, data science and UX Research & Design.
Bryant also is the Founder of BCA Solutions; a consulting firm dedicated to empower organizations with career development frameworks to identify skills and knowledge to successfully retain and grow high performing talent. From personalized skill building workshops, manager/individual contributor development playbooks or workforce training implementation, BCA Solutions goes above and beyond to help organizations lay a foundation to develop talent at their organization.
Bryant resides in his hometown of Chicago, Illinois, spending time investing in real estate as well as exploring Chicago’s infamous restaurant scene.
